    Basket ball

Baby-basket is a collective sport for children from 3 to 5 years old. For that age group, baby-basket is about motivity exercises, with or without the ball, rather than a competition sport. These exercises allow the child to develop his general coordination, his global and precise motivity, as well as his body movements in space.
Here are some of these exercises and games :

    • Learning how to shoot a basket through a series of coordinated movements, a technique called "the little hat". Games: The Animals at the Zoo, Around the World, Hopscotch, Ninja Turtles...
    • Learning how to dribble and how to "pop" the ball. Games designed to teach hand and eye coordination, as well as concentration: Dribbling Animals, Smurf Soup, Dribbling King, the Grasshoppers...
    • Learning how to pass the ball teaches about teamwork and sharing, which is always difficult at that age. Games: the Clock, the Garage, Mickey and Minnie, the Helicopters, Pins...

Baby-basket is of course a sport, but it is above all a playful and attractive activity.

    Judo
When Jigora Kano created judo in 1877, his goal was to bring man to perfection and to set up a well-being common to all. Based on the combination of the best use of energy and balance, judo – from Japanese Ju (suppleness – no resistance) and Dô (way) – imposes itself as a universal martial art of which the key principle is to use contrary force in order to dominate it. Judo is a great sport for young ones as well as teenagers, for girls as well as boys, whether thin or big. Thanks to judo, you can blossom physically and mentally:

    • Physically : Judo brings necessary physical qualities to the body (suppleness, force, agility, resistance and speed) while educating reflexes, deftness and muscular coordination, necessary for a successful technique.
    • Mentally : Randori (practice of what you’ve learned) appeal to the understanding of the judoka who, to develop his level, has to permanently question himself in order to build his judo according to the problems.
    • For the efficiency : focused on serenity and concentration, judo demands calm and control of your feelings. Judo is thus perfect for nervous children (it funnels aggression) as well as for shy and introverted children (to gain self-confidence).
    • For values : judo is also a philosophy. It develops moral qualities through the requested mutual help and courtesy, the needed discipline, respect of others and non-violence.
One of the creeds in judo is ‘cooperation and mutual prosperity’.

The ideal age to start judo is 5-6 years. In training, judokas are grouped two by two according to their ages and level. The first step is to learn ‘the art of falling without pain’’. Then technique notions are taught through educative games and essential principes such as nod, ritual, absolute respect of the other, self-control. Warm-up and games to develop suppleness, agility, precision, are an important part throughout the training, the creed being « self-control in good spirit ».

    Multi-sports
Playing multiple sports gives the child the opportunity to know himself better, know others, and develop movement. Through collective sports (soccer, basket ball, hockey…), raquet sports (badminton…), opposition sports (wrestling, judo…), but also gymnastics, freesbie, roller blading…

    Rhythmic gymnastics

It is a relatively young and booming sport, combining gracefulness, suppleness, boldness, command, confidence in yourself and in your apparatus. In rhythmic gymnastics, you use 5 apparatus. First comes the ribbon, often considered as the most graceful. The hoop is the most complete one, requiring the entire body. Then the ball, the funniest, but demanding great dexterity. And last but not least, the club, compelling the most concentration. 5 apparatus to develop coordination, motricity, and rhythm, in a playful and attractive way.
